I Have A Question

Do You Know What You Are Seeing?

Now, you are looking at an apple. Please think about what you are seeing? Can you answer it ?

Apple? or … ?
Here Is The Answer

Light Comes From What You Are Seeing

Please see the picture below

Sunlight reflects on the apple and the reflection goes to your eyes

What You Are Seeing Is Just A Light Called Visible Light. It Is A Kind Of Wave

There are lots of electromagnetic waves flying around you other than light wave. e.g. ultra violet light, infrared light, Wifi, Bluetooth, radio, microwave and so on. These waves are invisible. Only visible light wave is visible. Our eyes have sensors for light wave.

We Are Surrounded By Many Electromagnetic Waves

OMG!

The visible light that comes from the light sources such as sunshine, electric light, flashlight, fire and others reflect what you are seeing, and then it comes through your eyes.

Sources of light: Sunshine, Lighting fixtures, candles and flashlights and others

We are seeing light wave. The light wave comes from light source. So without light source, we can not see anything.

We are receiving much light!

if we turn off the light source, nothing can be seen

Oops…except ghost.

Multimedia devices such as tablet, smartphone, laptop and TV emit light. So you can use them in dark places.

Originally, we are seeing light wave that comes from light source. So the light source is very important because it affects our photos. For example, during the daytime, you can see blue sky. But at sunset, when the sky is a bit reddish, your face becomes reddish, too.

The photo on the left was taken under the clear sky. While the shot on right was taken at sunset

If you cover your flashlight with red film and then turn on the flashlight, so what you are seeing becomes reddish. This is the proof.
