Tap the camera icon

Choose the photo you want to improve, and tap “Edit”
編集したい写真を選択し、”編集”をタップします

I just increased the value of BRILLIANCE function up to 100.
ブリリアンスのスライダーを100にしました
You can definitely see the big difference between the original photo on the left side and improved one on the right side.
左がオリジナル、右が改善版、違いが一目瞭然です。
There are two big differences.
大きな違いが2つ有ります
1. The photo became obviously brighter. 写真全体が明るくなった
2. The detail of clouds can be seen. 青空がしっかり見える
写真全体が明るくなりました。青いサークルの中の女の子もくっきりと見えます。
雲がはっきりと見えます。
Let’s check the Brilliance function with gray scale image(It shows Brightness level from 0% to Brightness 100%). Please see below.
グレースケール画像（明るさ0%(黒)から明るさ100%(白)へ遷移する画像）を使ってブリリアント機能の動きを見てみましょう。
Gray scale image above the white line represents the original photo, and the gray scale below the white line is the improved one using BRILLIANCE function
白い線の上がオリジナル画像、下がブリリアンスを100にした画像。
Can you see the difference? BRILLIANCE function boosts up the brightness level from dark to middle level. Please see the area in blue line. In contrast, bright level becomes darker.
違いが分かりますか？ブリリアンスは暗いレベル～中間レベルの明るさを上昇させています。下のブルーの線で囲まれた部分を見て下さい。ブリリアンスで調整した白い線の下側の画像の方が明るくなっています。逆に、明るいレベル(ブルーで囲まれてない、かなり明るい部分）はブリリアンスで調整させた方がやや暗くなっています。
Conclusion is that the BRILLIANT function boosts up the brightness except brightest level. e.g. clouds in the photo.
The girl was originally dark but this function boosted up the brightness so we can see her clearly. And the brightest pixels keep the details.
ブリリアンスはかなり明るい部分（雲のような真っ白い明るい部分）以外の明るさを上昇させます。よって、暗かった女の子がはっきり見えるようになり。明るい部分は逆にディティールが維持されかつ、やや暗くなり、ディティールがくっきり見えるようになりました。（雲のディティールの部分については別のブログで紹介します。）
